Piment Cari 500g

A versatile mild to hot chilli from Mauritius. Used in preparing snacks such as pakoras, stuffed with cheese, meat stuffing or simply sliced in half sprinkle with salt and lightly fry. Best if there is a crunch after frying. Can be used in tapas dishes.
